We had an absolute blast on our food tour in Trastevere with Paola! She was wonderfully flexible, even meeting us right down at our apartment to start the evening
The food was non-stop and amazing—starting with two types of pasta, followed by suppli, fried fish, pizza bianca, dessert, and refreshing coffee granita. Paola is deeply knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and respectful. She tailored the itinerary around the foods we were most excited to try, making it a perfectly personalised, well-rounded culinary experience. Highly recommended!"
"Pietro was monumental. He knowledge was incredible and his passion and enthusiasm came through even though it was 100 degrees and we were all melting in the sun. We were absolutely thrilled with this experience. Please give this man a raise or promotion or some kind of bonus. We had just landed and we’re trying to get to our tour on time, so we did not have a chance to exchange for Euros. If there is a way to give him a tip, please let us know.
