"Our family of 6 took a day trip from Rome to Pompeii and hired Roberto as our guide. The whole experience was wonderful!! Roberto is an excellent communicator. He was available from the time we booked. He helped me navigate how to purchase train tickets, provided the link to purchase advance tickets for Pompeii, and even arranged for a private driver to pick us up from the train station. Our train was delayed an hour and both Roberto and our driver were very understanding and accommodating. The tour was fantastic. Walking through Pompeii with an archaeologist was an exceptional experience. Having worked on the site himself, he is a wealth of interesting information. I especially appreciated how patient and engaging he was with our 9 year old twin boys. I am sure we would not have had such a great experience in Pompeii without him. Everyone in our party agreed that Roberto made it a very special day!"

"Sara was fantastic, fun and positive! She did everything from start to finish. We only had to show up! She not only has a wonderful tour, she pre-bought our train tickets having them ready for us to go to Naples from Rome, before we even met her at the train station in Rome to go to Naples. We enjoyed that she took us to places that most tourists do not typically see, and taking us to places where locals eat. Sara was able to show us hidden gems along our tour that we would have missed if she was not with us. She would patiently wait as we went into places she suggested, or if we stopped to buy pretty jewelry from street vendors. She knows exactly where she is going and was observant regarding time. When we would go to Foodie places, we did not stand in long lines. She went to the front person and they immediately had our food ready. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. She suggested for us to have WhatsApp on our phone, which was very helpful in conversing with her prior to the tour and for an easy meeting point.
