She was wonderfully flexible, even meeting us right down at our apartment to start the evening The food was non-stop and amazing—starting with two types of pasta, followed by suppli, fried fish, pizza bianca, dessert, and refreshing coffee granita. Paola is deeply knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and respectful. She tailored the itinerary around the foods we were most excited to try, making it a perfectly personalised, well-rounded culinary experience. Highly recommended!"
