"My wife and I had a short time in Rome and Valeria was amazing. Aside from being very knowledgeable of her city she was able to cram a lot into our tour. Valeria is well traveled and has a wonderful amount of experience she brings as a guide. She knows all the fascinating hidden locations and she even took the time to purchase our tickets to the Pantheon ahead of time. She has the eye of a photographer which I really appreciated as well. We had a great time with her and hope we can meet up with her again in our future visits to Rome My only complaint has nothing to do with Valeria but with the WithLocals platform. The pricing for guides is based on how many people are in the group, the more people, the lower the price and vice versa. So for my wife and I it initially showed a price of approximately $150 per person but when we checked out the total was over $600! That is because as you adjust the amount of people down…. The price goes up. I think it is a deceptive way of listing pricing. Again this is no reflection of our guide Valeria…she was awesome!"

"I would highly recommend Valentina as a guide for the Vatican. With ease she toured us round the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Basilica and St Mark's Square all within 2 hours. It was January and Valentina said it was quiet but there were still lots of people there. We got in the correct queues, saw the pertinent pieces of art and stopped to discuss art and architecture that piqued our interest.
