"Our tour with Paola was like a relaxed stroll with an old friend. As we wandered & chatted through Monti (the Suburra in Ancient Rome), Paola pointed out interesting sites, streetscapes off the tourist tracks, as well as highlighting Rome’s ancient, medieval, renaissance & modern history. As it’s a jubilee year, we visited Santa Maria Maggiore’s holy door & then to Regoli’s pasticceria to sample the seasonal (& delicious ) beignet di San Giuseppe. The morning free by, we loved every moment, and can’t recommend Paola highly enough. "
