"I'm never ever going to buy ready made pasta sauce now that we learned from Massimo how easy and fun is to cook a delicious three course meal from scratch in no time. Me my wife and my 12, 15 and 24 y/o children had a blast cooking together with massimo and learning in the mean time about ingredients, history and bits and pieces of fun information. A couple of days after our "cooking lesson" we tried at home and made the most delicious Carbonara by ourselves. Cooking is fun and is a good way to spend family time. "I booked this activity as a surprise for the two ladies travelling with me (my wife and my niece). I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect before arriving however once we did, the ladies eyes just lit up. Francesca was so friendly and personable and welcomed us so graciously. The ladies were so happy with the directions and guidance Francesca provided in building and making their own special candles from Italy. Francesca is certainly a master craftsperson in her area of expertise (custom shoe and sandals). They both said this was by far their best part of of two week trip in Italy. That’s certainly saying something. "
