"Francesca was an excellent communicator from the start, answering all my messages and requests very promptly. She met me at the exact time and location that I requested. She is very knowledgeable about the history of Milan and took me to many points of interest, hidden museums and churches that I would’ve missed. She also informed me about many cultural aspects of Milan including the food and fashion scene. Very enjoyable 3 hours. Efficient crash course on Milan, since I had very limited time "
