"Massimo is an excellent guide. He went above and beyond for my family and I to make my birthday very special in Lake Como. I’ve requested a private pick up, a private boat tour of the lake, and a delicious restaurant out of the way of the main touristy area. He exceeded my expectations! Although it was raining, we had a gorgeous tour of the lake which dropped us off in front of the tastiest Michelin guided restaurant. We ate a delightful meal and had the chef prepare a delicious birthday cake for me! Thanks Massimo for making my 40th such a memorable experience. Highly recommend!"
"We had a wonderful guided tour of Lake Como with Tanja! She was calm like the lake, and took us to nice spots away from the crowded touristy areas to be able to enjoy the beautiful area. Tanja was flexible with our kids’ last minute request for a swim in the lake, and she made it happen!"

"Massimo met me at the Central Train Station in Milan and communicated well in advance of our day together. I was staying in Lake Como for a few days and appreciated Massimo's introduction to the Lake as a local. We had a lovely lunch and he made navigating the ferries and stops so easy. I wish he could've toured every day with me! As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe with Massimo and he even checked in on me after a few days. A very caring soul who loves Milan and Lake Como! "My wife and I booked a day trip with Massimo to Lake Como….what a beautiful day. We took the train to Como, and easily met him at the train station. He had already booked the speedboat to take us to Villa Del Balbianello, which was one of the highlights of this experience. But we had a few moments take in the Lake Como Duomo…which was stunning. There was a short hike, uphill to the gardens, at Villa del Balbianello. They were unbelievable! Many amazing photo opportunities. And Massimo was there to help us capture them. We were a bit tired from the sun and Massimo found a speed boat taxi from the gardens back to the pier. We then took a boat to Bellagio, visited a small 11th century duomo and walked the famous colorful streets. Massimo then took us to an amazing restaurant outside of the touristy area to eat lake fish with the locals! Although this was quite a walk in the mid day heat, the food and atmosphere were well worth it. Massimo even found a tour train for us to ride back into town on. To end the day Massimo accompanied us by train and then subway to our doorstep. Thank you for your time, great communication, and easy ways, Massimo. We would highly recommend any experience with you as a guide. "

I wanted something small, I wanted to see more than one village and to take a ferry. This tour was all that and more!
