"We arrived in Milan after an overnight flight from Boston. I thought a tour with a local guide would be a nice way to start our trip and orient ourselves to the city and local culture and customs. However, I was also nervous we’d be very tired! I was right! Caterina was a wonderful guide! She taught us so much - with a wonderful balance of local and regional history, and personal stories. There is something incredibly satisfying about a local person sharing their love of their home town with you. She even kept my very tired 13 and 14 year old daughters interested and happy! The food choices were delicious! I think the antipasto and the chocolates were my favorites!"

"Armando is an amazing guide. He is so knowledgeable about the Duomo, the history and the stories surrounding all the details that I’m sure we otherwise would have missed. Some examples include, the significance of the spires, the significance of the doors, and the relationship of the stained glass to the Bible. This is just a short snippet of the many other stories he shared! On top of the deep history, he also shared the various cultural references. Related to Austria, France and the North and South of Italy. Honestly, it was such an engaging conversation, the time went by so fast!
