"I can't say enough good things about Armando, and the expert instruction he provided during our class! With his many years of learning the craft of pizza making from his grandparents in Napoli, he's an absolute expert. Recipes are one thing, but his close attention to the techniques involved in making the dough just right were perfect, and memorable. Once our dough was kneaded and formed, he allowed us to choose our own toppings to make the finished product our own. The end results were delicious! Armando is a great instructor, and his passion for pizza is clear. But, should he ask you if pineapple is an appropriate topping, the answer is (and should be) a firm and resounding \"no.\" This was a true highlight of our visit to Milan! Thanks, Armando!"

"My wife and I took a pizza making class with Armondo, he was very personable and friendly. We had a great couple hours and were able to taste our creations. Learned that pizza dough and Focaccia dough are very similar but Focaccia dough takes 24 hours so not possible for a 2-hour class. "

"We had a fun afternoon of pizza making with Armando. He guided us through the process from choosing the right ingredients to mixing and stretching the dough to eating a delicious Napoli style pizza for lunch, with wine. Armando also followed up with an email supplying the dough recipe after the cooking lesson which was very thoughtful. His kitchen is a distance from Milan centrale, so give yourself about an hour to get to his place by tram. Also, a focaccia making experience was advertised, paid for and expected but, we made pizza. Still fun and we learned alot, thanks Armando! "
