"We had a fun afternoon of pizza making with Armando. He guided us through the process from choosing the right ingredients to mixing and stretching the dough to eating a delicious Napoli style pizza for lunch, with wine. Armando also followed up with an email supplying the dough recipe after the cooking lesson which was very thoughtful. His kitchen is a distance from Milan centrale, so give yourself about an hour to get to his place by tram. Also, a focaccia making experience was advertised, paid for and expected but, we made pizza. Still fun and we learned alot, thanks Armando!
