"I can't say enough good things about Armando, and the expert instruction he provided during our class! With his many years of learning the craft of pizza making from his grandparents in Napoli, he's an absolute expert. Recipes are one thing, but his close attention to the techniques involved in making the dough just right were perfect, and memorable.
Once our dough was kneaded and formed, he allowed us to choose our own toppings to make the finished product our own. The end results were delicious!
Armando is a great instructor, and his passion for pizza is clear. But, should he ask you if pineapple is an appropriate topping, the answer is (and should be) a firm and resounding \"no.\"
