"This is one the best decision’s I made to go for this dinner at Marco and Valentina’s house ! I say to everyone it’s a must and should be on your list in Milan ! The most wonderful couple , Marco’s cooking was delicious and the produce and ingredients so pure !! Valentina’s warmth and welcoming nature , the wonderful natural wines we had , a treat ! I give them full marks for putting this together , and not to mention the most wonderful group of people I met ! Was superb ! "

"My wife and I took a pizza making class with Armondo, he was very personable and friendly. We had a great couple hours and were able to taste our creations. Learned that pizza dough and Focaccia dough are very similar but Focaccia dough takes 24 hours so not possible for a 2-hour class. "

"This was my first Withlocals experience and I was a little nervous about the idea. But as soon as Valentina and Marco greeted us in the hallway, I was put at ease by their smiles. Their home was equally warm and welcoming. Of course the food and wine was delicious and our hosts were incredibly knowledgeable about the cultivation of the menu items. The music and lighting also lent itself to the fine dining atmosphere. A truly unexpected part of the evening was sharing the dinner table with a wonderful couple from Amsterdam with whom we enjoyed hours of conversation on travel, culture, and politics. This was an experience that I will hold dear to my heart, but I won’t keep it a secret! I highly recommend dinner with Valentina and Marco! "

"Within moments of meeting Valentina and Marco in their home, my husband and I felt like we'd come to dine with new friends. With a warm welcome we were soon seated in their lovely dining room in their comfortable and well-designed family apartment. Valentina is a consummate foodie (her passion and deep study) and she and Marco share an equal devotion to finding and serving the perfect wine for the meal she creates - not from recipes, but from her knowledge of a wide range of ingredients and cultures. Each dish was a tasty surprise. She sources fresh, local (and some more distant) ingredients, all of the highest quality, biological, etc. She explained each dish thoroughly and, being foodies, we enjoyed conversing with her and Marco about these passions at intervals during the meal. We shared some of our experiences, lots of smiles, and laughter. By the end of the evening, we truly felt we'd become new friends. If you are in Milano, please consider what is guaranteed to be an outstanding meal with this talented, engaging couple. We had no better offerings while in the city. "

"We wish we could have done this every night. Valentina and Marco were amazing hosts, the food was fabulous and lots of information about the food and the wine. She consulted with us in advance about what we would like to eat and the types of wines and any allergies. Very responsive to our questions. Everything came off without a hitch. Their home was lovely and very typical of what we were expecting. Would highly recommend it and would do it again in a minute. "

"Valentina and her husband are the most gracious hosts you’ll ever meet. Even her pre-dinner communications were warm and made me feel as if we were old friends. They are both accomplished chefs and prepared a multi course dinner utilizing fresh and healthy ingredients. It was absolutely delicious. They are also wine afficionados and their pairings were spectacular. There was another couple and single person the night we went, so it was a lively party of seven in their lovely home. Skip the typical restaurant experience and do THIS. You won’t be disappointed."

"We love d dining with Valentina and her family. They were so inviting and felt like old friends the moment we walked through their door. We brought our 14 month old daughter to it his and they had a high chair and meal prepared for her. She also played with their daughter and had the time of her life. The food was amazing and restaurant quality. We loved hearing about their stories and telling them about ours.
