We went to the flower mart as well and then to a park where we tried amazing green papaya salad. She even sent us home with some extra snacks for later. "We had a wonderful time exploring District 1 with Huyền. She gave us a truly local experience, from taking the public bus like locals do, to walking through areas we would never have discovered on our own. Huyền shared interesting bits of history along the way, explained the stories behind the places we visited, and made everything easy to understand and engaging. One highlight was going to the Jade Emperor Pagoda, which was fascinating and something we definitely wouldn’t have experienced without a local guide. She was also very thoughtful in taking nice photos for us throughout the tour, which we really appreciated. The pace was relaxed, the experience felt authentic, and it never felt rushed or touristy."
