The personalized tour felt less like sightseeing and more like being welcomed into the heart of Portuguese wine culture. We especially enjoyed visiting the small, family-run Casa Agricola Lobo winery for a light lunch and more wine."

"For multiple reasons, I am very late writing this review of our Nov. 20, 2025 booking but we could not have been more pleased with our evening in Isabel's comfortable home. The food was a walk through some of Portugal's best dishes, perfectly prepared and everything very fresh. The conversation was easy and fun and ran the gamut of topics -- and her English is very good and easy to understand. Her two dogs were just sweeties and we were happy to give them some love. We were immediately at ease with Isabel and felt we'd made a good friend by the end of the evening. Her apartment was only a 5 minute walk from our hotel. After dinner, we all took the dogs for their evening walk and she delivered us to our hotel door. We hated to say goodnight. She also served some delicious wines and gave us links to ordering them for delivery in the U.S. and offered to share recipes. It was a perfect way to end our trip, as we flew home the next day with smiles and wonderful memories. We highly recommend this very personal way to experience food and friendship in Lisbon!"

"We had the pleasure of spending a day with Rodrigo. The tour started with a hotel pick up and drive to wine country in Setúbal. Rodrigo’s general knowledge of language, history, culture and the wine, along with his sense of humor and friendly demeanor kept us informed and entertained throughout the whole experience. We tired 7 different wines and ended the day having a lunch in a family owned local restaurant in Palmela. Food was authentic and fresh and the people were warm and kind. Overall a great experience! "
