"I cannot recommend Gulay highly enough! We did a 90mins tour starting next to the famous Shibuya Crossing and then explored the area. Gulay showed us some great hidden gems like little bars, the best ramen places and a small neighborhood where the locals live. She also really kindly bought us some matcha drinks and cake :) Gulay was super knowledgeable about the history and culture of Tokyo, answered all our questions and gave us some amazing recommendations for restaurants and sites to visit and avoid. When I booked the tour a few weeks in advance, Sayuri reached out ahead of time about a schedule conflict. Fortunately, we had the option to stick with her and tour a different day, which was absolutely the right decision. She did a great job showing us all the ins and outs of the Asakusa district and introduced us to a whole load of new snacks and foods on top of it.
