"Mydie was absolutely wonderful from the time of booking and even way beyond our booking time and tour. Prior to our arrival in Ireland, I was able to communicate with Mydie via text and she was always very responsive to my questions and concerns. I was nervous about booking a tour on the day of our arrival and feared that we may be a little late but Mydie assured me that we would be able to make our tour 3 hours after landing and she would have been absolutely correct had our flight not been delayed almost 10 hours due to bad weather in the states—something none of us could have predicted. I was able to contact her to tell her we would sadly not make our tour. A few days later some things in our schedule opened up, and we were able to head back to Dublin. I contacted Mydie to see if she had any availability on the day we returned to Dublin and she absolutely did make time for us. We were able to see the things that were promised the first time except St. Patrick’s Cathedral due to the public funeral of an Irish musician—again, something no one could have predicted. Mydie did her best to show us around the rest of the city and provided valuable local insight into the history of Dublin and Ireland as a whole. She was knowledgeable and informative and super sweet to all of us. She was awesome at making sure that we were able to get a tour in despite all of our travel troubles and we so appreciative her! After the tour, she texted me with further things to explore including restaurants and pubs around the area which we loved. She was absolutely awesome and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to visit and tour around Dublin!!"
