Jack responded right away after I booked the tour and he also called and emailed me the night before our tour to confirm the details for our meeting the next morning. As far as the tour itself, Jack was super knowledgeable and also pretty funny. He worked well with all members of our family. I also liked the way that Jack was flexible with the route of our tour. "We enjoyed our walking tour of Dublin. Unfortunately Dublin Castle was closed so we didn’t get the experience we paid for. In addition, while Mydie was very informative, she isn’t allowed to go into any of the experiences with me. It was very expensive for them to purchase tickets and walk us from one experience to the next. Overpriced for the experience. We would have e been better off buying the entry tickets in our own. A bit disappointed. We spent $550 for four hours for 2 people and went into St Patrick’s cathedral and Book of Kells. Very overpriced! That wasn’t Mydie’s fault. "
