"We have taken about 10 tours with With Locals, and it ties with our tour of Morocco as the very best your we've ever taken. Wayan, his family, and his friends made us feel like family. We were driven to their home in a village close to three volcanoes, and greeted with a delicious breakfast of traditional foods, and at the end of a 4 hour hike we were treated to a bigger feast of traditional foods and fresh fruit before being driven back to our hotel. Wayan speaks excellent English and has a great sense of humor. My husband has a background in agriculture, and as we hiked through the lush jungle then through the beautiful terraced rice paddies Wayan pointed out the different trees and plants, explaining how they grow and what they produce as well as answering my husband's almost continuous questions. We had such a fun and interesting time that we were sorry to leave."

"I found Id after a long search on the internet. I had heard about Malas before and was really curious about the whole philosophy behind it and how it is used. You can buy a Mala in Bali somewhere but I wanted to create my own. Id was the only one that I found who offered this kind of workshop. It was amazing. Id was so sweet, kind and fun. "I've been to Jatiluwih few times but the trip with Pak Wayan and Made has to be the most memorable one! Not only that both of them is very professional and friendly, but they are also real working farmers who are very knowledgeable and passionate about the whole farming life. This tour is far from a regular walking tour, but rather, a dive into real farmer life and their daily life. Will recommend this tour for those who prefer a more authentic experience "

"What a fun class! I’ve always loved these necklaces and even bought a cheap one in Bali last year. Unfortunately it started coming apart, so I wanted to replace it with a quality necklace. What better way than to make it myself (pretty much for the same price you’d pay at a boutique). Id is incredibly patient and calm.
