"We thoroughly enjoyed this cooking class. Ni did a great job. She showed us a local market which would have been more lively if we took her advice to move the tour earlier. We didn’t mind it being quiet. She had all the ingredients and showed us how to cut them. But she also let us do a lot, like fry the corn patties and take the rice out of the steaming basket. But she also had her sister in-law help us so we didn’t get tired of cooking too long. She had a great vegetarian menu for us. The open air kitchen was great especially since it was a little cloudy. Everything was delicious and just as spicy or not as we wanted. We were even able to sit in their special life milestones pavilion to eat together. "
