She is so knowledgeable about the different types of cheese, the regions of the country, the cheese-making process, and the pairings. We didn’t want wine, so she provided a fabulous, orchard-bottled apple juice from the north of France. I definitely recommend this experience for all cheese-lovers!"

She explains the major cheeses and cheese regions, how the various cheeses are made, the history behind them, how they pair with wine and other foods, and gives generous tastings along the way. Accompanied by baguettes from the local boulangerie and wines that partner nicely, this is a fantastic way to spend an afternoon in Paris away from the touristy spots and busy museums!"

It was such a delightful macaron class, in a beautiful setting, we decided to come to one of his dinners the following week. The French/Asian fusion was delightful and our tastebuds are so incredibly happy we returned, bringing along some friends to experience the ambiance and food with us.
