"Gelsomina is by far the best food tour guide we have had to date. Her kind demeanor was evident right from the get go when she helped us navigate the metro to our meeting point. The classic Parisian food we had was so amazingly delicious (crepes, quiche, pastries, oysters, escargot, cheese, wine, etc) - we could not have asked for a better first experience of true Paris cuisine. Throughout the tour, Gelsomina provided wonderful historical, social or current event insight; really providing a sense of the culture of the area. She also offered us several options to navigate through the city to fit in our must see spots for our one day trip. We could not recommend Gelsomina enough. Amazing tour with Paolo!
"We had the best tour with Paolo! It was myself, my husband and two children, aged 7 and 10. He was very sweet and accommodating for all of us, especially given my son’s food allergies.
He took us to some amazing food spots, and also other interesting stores that I would’ve never found if I have been looking on my own.
He’s also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the history of Paris and current events.
I would highly recommend him, and when we come back to Paris, we hope to look him up again and book another tour.

She gave us insider tips for the Dior Museum and other excursions, both in person and a follow up text with details.
