"I did a food tour through the Marais with Gelosima and had such a lovely time. She thoughtfully adapted the whole experience around my gluten and dairy sensitivities, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. We also discussed Paris history, neighborhoods, churches, important cultural sites, which made the experience feel more immersive.
