"Our visit to Split was a smashing success because we met Linda for her food tour on our first day. Linda is a local lady with in-depth knowledge of the area and excellent food recommendations. Our tour started at the Split palace with the best espresso with shlag. Next winding through the palace streets, Linda pointed out landmarks as we stopped in multiple shops to taste their goods. Picking up some samples on the way we stopped for a pastry filled with cheese and spinach. Then headed over to the other side of the palace for a delicious chevapi and then a short walk to finish with a taste of ice cream. Thank you Linda!"

"Dubravka’s warmth and considerable historical knowledge of Split, the Dalmatian area and Croatia kept the four of us completely engaged for almost four hours. We learnt so much about the history of Split, the buildings and their origins, the people and, probably the most touchingly, how Dubravka’s family and their traditions were woven into the city. She was warm and completely authentic, full of knowledge and side stories of the people who lived in Split over the last 2,000 years. As we walked through the narrow streets with her, she would pop into a cafe here or a shop there, treating us to some very special chocolate, a Pipi soda (and the amusing back-story), and other Split specialties, and we were rather sad for the afternoon to end. She had already run over by about an hour, and I am sure she was ready to call it a day, but she gave us no sign of that. The afternoon ended as it had begun, with a warm hug for each of us, and we felt like we had made a new friend. It really was a wonderful thing to do and we cannot recommend Dubravka highly enough. "

"We were picked up in Split and our group was driven to the Krka waterfalls by Darko and a driver. We really enjoyed the journey as he explained a bit about the history of Croatia. We then walked around the waterfalls which were amazing but I must warn you, they are very busy in July. We then drove to a lovely small Island where we had a delicious lunch in a family run restaurant followed by a walk along the waterfront boardwalk and a walk through the market. Our group of five really enjoyed it and Darko was great company. We highly recommend him. "

"What a treasure Split is, and to have a guide like Darko is the perfect day. We ventured to Vranjaca caves and were delighted by the spectacular views and the cool temperature was the perfect break from the sun. Klis Fortress was breathtaking. Darko was a wealth of information about Split, and was a great conversationalist. He was very natural with the kids and they hit it off talking video games. I own a personal chef business and am very enthused about regional cuisine and traditional dishes. Darko suggested a delicious restaurant serving authentic Split cuisine. I spoke with our server and the chef after the meal who were also super cool and they shared their thoughts on the best places to visit in Croatia. I could not recommend Darko any higher, he was very accommodating, there was easy communication before the tour with whatsapp. Darko was laid back but kept with our schedule to make it back to our ship for departure. A great tour all around. 10/10"

"Dubravka is a fantastic guide. The food tour is over the top with 10 stops. We really appreciated all of the history and culture covered and were stuffed at the end.
