I am a passionate home chef and I'm more than happy to share my recipes, secrets and teach you how to make different desserts, from Carrot Halva to Sweet Curd. My favorites also include Coconut Toffee, Royal Pudding, Sheera ( a sweet treat made with semolina), Sago, Kheer (Rice Payasa- a watery treat that can be eaten or drunk) and Paneer Cake - Ricotta Cheesecake with cardamom, cashew nuts, and orange zest.
This is a class designed especially for the Sweet Tooths. Come and learn how to make some exotic, delicious low calorie, guilt free desserts with me. Quick, easy and very satisfying.
