"We definitely recommend learning to cook with Ruth. Communication before the class was excellent so we knew what to expect and all of the recipes were tailored to our dietary preferences. During the lesson, we learnt a lot about the culture and history behind the food and Indian culture in Malaysia, as well as how to cook the dishes. Tough, but beautiful!
"Casey took my husband and I on a tough, but beautiful hike! We weren't sure what to expect, but we had a lot of fun. Be prepared that you may be dirty afterwards and it would be a good idea to bring a change of clothes, which we didn't know at the time. We also went to Malacca afterwards which worked out great. Casey showed us around and gave us the perfect tour!"

Delicious food/wonderful lesson
"Ruth and Nehru were the perfect hosts. Ruth provided us with a wonderful menu of Mangalorean food. Ingredients were fresh and very tasty. Rice, salad, a lovely chicken dish, and a taste of delicious street food for snacking on. The dessert was made with fresh mango. Ruth even grows some of her own herbs for the meal and makes her own pickled mango and chutney.
We had a very informative and fun cooking session, learning what herbs and spices are used, with recipes to try at home."
