Rice, salad, a lovely chicken dish, and a taste of delicious street food for snacking on. The dessert was made with fresh mango. Ruth even grows some of her own herbs for the meal and makes her own pickled mango and chutney. We had a very informative and fun cooking session, learning what herbs and spices are used, with recipes to try at home."
