I offer a private culinary experience in my home that will put a big smile on your face. Most of the recipes are traditional. I have learnt from my parents, Aunts and other family members. You will learn how to cook delicious Indian meals. I am sure that you will love every bite of it!
Mangalorean Protestant Cuisine is a one of a kind experience! Mangalore is a coastal port city in South India, washed by the roaring waters of the Arabian Sea on the west and sheltered by the soaring Western ghats on the east. The food has been influenced by diverse communities like the Arabs, German and Portuguese missionaries and the locals. And you will have fun learning how to cook these foods as much as you enjoy eating it.
Let me know if you have any special request or food requirements and we can work together to adapt the recipes to your needs. I can 100% customize the cooking class to your needs and preferences.
