"Laura was friendly, warm and so easy to talk to. We felt like we were exploring the city with a friend. My mum and I are sensitive to gluten, but Laura was happy to tailor our tour to suit. Sadly for Laura, many of the places she had planned to take us were closed (she couldn't have known) but she did what she could to make sure we still had a great afternoon and we tried some of the beautiful food that Bilbao had to offer. "My wife & I experienced a wonderful private pintxos walking tour with Laura. We came into the Port of Bilbao on an Oceania cruise ship and met her in the old city at a specified meeting spot. She asked us our food preferences and adapted the tour to them. We sampled at least the amount called for of pintxos and drinks. The pintxos were all excellent! Prior to heading back to the port, we wanted to visit the Guggenheim Museum to check out the architecture and dog topiary. Laura walked there with us as a surprise that we loved We taxied back to the port, completing a wonderful tour of great value. "
