"Mabel was wonderful! Aside from the tour we had great communication before the tour regarding questions about transportation from our cruise ship to hotel, the ongoing festival etc.
Of course the highlight of the tour was the Guggenheim Museum which was great but then we spent time in the City Centre which she proudly gave us a tour. As part of this tour we visited a Pintxos Bar and enjoyed quite a few pintos (tapas) for our group of eight. Overall Mabel was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and we all were pleasantly surprised with the City of Bilbao! We did not expect much with Bilbao but it was a great city to visit."

"If you are looking for a great guide experience in Bilbao, look no further, Rune is the person for the job! We had our 3 year old toddler with us and it wasn't easy as he is full of energy and can be quite distractive but Rune was amazing. He not only could entertain our little kiddo and yet he could give us insightful history and facts about the guggenheim and the artwork in the museum. We are very happy with our tour experience with Rune."
