"Mabel was wonderful! Aside from the tour we had great communication before the tour regarding questions about transportation from our cruise ship to hotel, the ongoing festival etc. Of course the highlight of the tour was the Guggenheim Museum which was great but then we spent time in the City Centre which she proudly gave us a tour. As part of this tour we visited a Pintxos Bar and enjoyed quite a few pintos (tapas) for our group of eight. Overall Mabel was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and we all were pleasantly surprised with the City of Bilbao! We did not expect much with Bilbao but it was a great city to visit."
