Izzy gave us great access to some of the finest producers of gourmet delicacies - small enough to experience but large enough to get a good sense of the immense effort to produce quality ingredients. Nothing is more meaningful to see how ham, cheese and vinegar is made then.immediately tasting the fruits of artisanal efforts.
