      Made in Scotland

"Nice tour, Chris was great. Scotland not known for its cuisine per se but it has its character and classic favorites which we were able to sample while learning a bunch about the City. It also has great people and great whiskey!"

      Delicious Edinburgh Tasting Tour

"The 10 Tastings of Edinburgh tour with Mark was like spending the afternoon with an old friend. We were instantly at ease with Mark and therefore comfortable trying all suggested Scottish foods. We tried foods we never would have on our own plus visited eateries and pubs off the beaten path. Thank you for expanding our palate, Mark! We hope to be back for another tour soon. "

      Fun, memorable and highly recommended!

"My family and I had a really fun and memorable time with Mark. He introduced us to a bunch of the best traditional foods and wrapped each tasting with layers of history, local anecdotes and laughter. We had a truly enjoyable experience! My kids really loved hanging out with Mark, too. We highly recommend Mark if you’re looking for a foodie who knows the local food scene and who can give you a side of history (and laughter) with your haggis. Thank you Mark!"

A true Scottish tasting with a Scotsman!

"We had a fantastic food tour with Mark. I loved that each tasting was truly Scottish and we got the history as to why these foods came to be popular in Scotland and who they served. I wasn’t expecting all of the historical tidbits we got along the way (not all food based, which was an awesome add-on). Mark is easy to spend three hours with and if you are thinking of adding a food tour to your stay while in Scotland, we would recommend this one with Mark!"
