She was excellent with my kids (12 and 14yo) and kept them entertained throughout the tour (while also being super flexible which resulted in incredible unplanned memory-making opportunities). "Had a half day layover and set up hidden gems tour with Mark. It was terrific. He told us where to eat before we met up and from the begining was extremely knowledgeable and funny. The tour covered a wide range of the great history of Edinburgh and gave us a really great orientation.
