"We had a fantastic food tour with Mark. I loved that each tasting was truly Scottish and we got the history as to why these foods came to be popular in Scotland and who they served. I wasn’t expecting all of the historical tidbits we got along the way (not all food based, which was an awesome add-on). Mark is easy to spend three hours with and if you are thinking of adding a food tour to your stay while in Scotland, we would recommend this one with Mark!"

"Once you understand how the city came to be and developed, it is way easier to get around and then focus, during your stay, on what you are more interested in. The tour with Chris was perfect. Geology, Geography, Architecture, Urban Planning, History, Socio-Economy: All was covered, not in depth of course but enough to understand Edinburgh. Then, it was up to us to keep walking in this fantastic city and get to know it more, which we did. If you are OK with walking, I highly recommend this tour.
