"Before the tour, Mateus kept in touch and on the morning of the tour itself!
He arrived on time for the visit and in his company, you immediately felt at ease. He is very knowledgeable about Coimbra and its University. Since he is currently studying there, you get to know about student life today as much as you do about the traditions of the past. His English is impeccable and he paces the tour, so that you do not feel rushed. One of the most interesting parts for me, was learning about the history of the Royal House in Portugal. Truly, a discovery. "

"Matheus was an absolutly excellent guide and I couldn’t fault the attention, Service and information that he imparted.
He was punctual and waiting at the meeting place with an enthusiastic and cheerful greeting He then took the group all around the town taking in the historic monuments and telling us about the history on the interesting aspects of Coimbra. He made interesting recommendations about places to eat and introduced me to a fantastic coffee shop for coffee and local pastries. I would absolutely recommend Matheus to anyone else visiting Coimbra. "
