Joo Bee has been a great guide, with a very good communication before the tour (and flexibility to adapt our personal constraints), and of course during the tour. She can adapt perfectly to a family with teenagers, having a reasonable dose of patience, using a good sense of humour. She has been telling us interesting stories for everyone, both historically & culturally and calling out local restaurants, shops, markets… while letting us the necessary time to take pictures and enjoy. "We booked an evening food tour with Remy, and it was honestly such a wonderful experience! Remy was an amazing guide. You could immediately tell that he is a true local, which made the experience feel so much more authentic. He showed us so many delicious local foods and took us to places we probably would never have found on our own.
