"We booked an evening food tour with Remy, and it was honestly such a wonderful experience! Remy was an amazing guide. You could immediately tell that he is a true local, which made the experience feel so much more authentic. He showed us so many delicious local foods and took us to places we probably would never have found on our own. We felt much more connected to the local street food scene and got to experience the evening and nightlife at the street food market in a way we probably wouldn't have been able to on our own. What made the tour especially special was how comfortable and welcome Remy made us feel. He was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and we had such interesting and enjoyable conversations with him. We genuinely enjoyed listening to him and learning from him. He also paid close attention to our wishes and preferences and adapted the tour as much as possible to what we wanted. The whole evening felt so relaxed and personal that it honestly didn't feel like a tour at all. It felt more like spending an evening with someone who was showing us their city and sharing their local knowledge with us. We had such a great time and would absolutely book another tour with Remy again. I can highly recommend him to anyone looking for an authentic, personal and unforgettable local food experience!"

She went above and beyond for our tour, researching each of the places we visited to ensure there were options for one of our party that has some special dietary requirements. We all had a brilliant time and would recommend going with an empty stomach as there was so much food that we were pretty full before the last stops and so couldn't appreciate the dishes as much as we should. Lisa knew all about the different places we visited, how they cooked the food, where it originated from and how it had changed with the culture of George town. We would highly recommend this tour."

"A bit hesitant before I booked: would this singer / guitar player really know the nice spots… and share history… or talk about music all the time? Surprise!! It turned out that this was one of the best tours (the best) we have ever had! Remy asked what my daughter (17) and me were interested in and customised the program seamlessly. We opted for the photograph tour with a small bite somewhere and info about the city on the way. Fantastic!!! It was also just really entertaining to walk around George Town with someone who knows a lot of people and who seems really appreciated by others. Remy knows the history as well as the up-to-date fact. He is not the slightest afraid to share his opinion on things or to correct rude people in a nice manner : ) Remy is quite a character. We would have liked to book another tour with him but unfortunately we only had one full day in George Town - what a city!! "

"We spent a terrific 3 hours with Remy sampling a huge array of different foods in Georgetown. We tried all sorts, that we would never have come across without guidance from Remy. Everything was delicious and we left feeling very full. Be sure to bring your appetite and you'll have a great experience.
