"Our wonderful experience started with an informative and helpful phone app that gave us all the information to know this was the trip and the best value for money one day Jakarta introduction.
Arianti picked us up at the designated time and we set off in a very comfortable and clean car. Arianti drove us north to the National Monument where she described the history of Indonesia leading to its independance.
We drove back south and spent around 1.5hrs walking through laneways and street stall markets of Chinatown. Visiting 2 Chinese temples you escape the noise of the market and get infused with the tranquillity of the burning insence.
Arianti then took us to the old town to see the history of the Dutch influence through the buildings. A visit to the Kawisari coffee shop for coffee and a snack completed the day.
Throughout the day we found Arianti to be polite and presented herself in a calm and professional manner. In the crazy hustle bustle of city driving we always felt safe, comfortable and assured of seeing the sights of our intinerary. Her knowledge of Jakarta and Indonesia allowed her to answer all our questions and inform us of many facts, events and history of the area. "
