"The walking tour with Ioannis was a perfect way to start our trip. We learned about Athens and got to try some great food. Our group ranged in age from 8 to 77 and Ioannis made it interesting for the whole group. He is very knowledgeable and an interesting guy. One thing to note, we scheduled our tour on. Sunday, and a lot of places were closed. Ioannis worked around that, but if you can, don’t schedule on a Sunday. Highly recommend the kick-start tour and Ioannis. "
"We did a morning food tour with Dimitri on our first day. What a wonderful introduction to Athens! We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters and we had the best time! Dimitri was funny and knowledgeable and introduced us to the sights and tastes of central Athens. We tasted the most wonderful spanakopita, had mezze platters and authentic Greek coffee like the locals, sampled Olive oil and topped it all off with the best loukomathes (Greek donuts). We would definitely recommend a tour with Dimitri."
"What a fulfilling and filling evening exploring the cuisine of Athens with Yorgos. Yorgos took us to a typical local neighborhood to really experience the many different food styles available in Athens. The reflection of all the cultures that have been in Athens created delicious food options during the tour. We tried dishes, seasoning combinations and Greek liquors.
