"We booked the "The 10 Tastings of Siem Reap: Street Food" with Long and it was one of the best decisions that we made on our vacation! We learned so much not only about all the fantastic different dishes that we tastes on our tour, but also learned about their backgrounds, the cultural and historical contexts of different dishes and traditions behind them. Long was extremely knowledgeable, perfectly accommodating, and very very very personable, and generous with his time and knowledge. He went out of his way to contact us before the tour to ask if we had any food allergies or preferences so that he could adapt the tour to our specific needs and wishes. He even suggested the best times to meet to ensure that we catch the best vendors/restaurants while they were operating. He always made sure to let us know that there were alternatives available if we wanted to skip a dish (which we didn't, because everything was fantastic).
