Here’s an overview of your tour
Take a ride with a local through Saigon and experience the old and new, Vietnamese and Western. Learn about the local culture and taste delicious dishes. Be picked up from your hotel and start your motorcycle adventure in Ho Chi Minh City!
For your first tasting, you'll enjoy bánh mì (Vietnamese baguette) that is a very popular food in Vietnam and everyone visiting should try it! On the way, we'll pass by famous sights such as the Independence Palace, the Sai Gon Central Post Office, City Hall and Opera House.
At the second stop, enjoy Vietnamese pancakes or Bánh xèo literally "sizzling cake", named for the loud sizzling sound it makes when the rice batter is poured into the hot skillet. This is a Vietnamese savory fried pancake made of rice flour, water, turmeric powder, stuffed with slivers of fatty pork, shrimp, diced green onion, and bean sprouts.
Moving on to the flower market, enjoy a delicious tasting of your choice. If you're not sure what to try just tell me your preferences and I'll give you personal suggestions to fit your taste.
China town is our last stop, where you'll top off your tasting tour with a sugarcane drink just.Before saying good-bye at your hotel, don't forget to ask any questions you may have to help you enjoy the rest of your trip!
