"Spring took us on an amazing food tour of areas in Saigon/HCMC that we never would have found ourselves. The food was amazing, and plentiful, allowed us to try things we wouldn’t otherwise, and explore an area of the city that usually only the locals see. Spring is also the best kind of tour guide- funny ( yes, even your Dad jokes Spring!), interesting, and catered the tour to our family with 2 older teens perfectly. Even down to helping us book our Grab motor bike rides back to the hotel. Thank you Spring- you are the best! "

"We went on a walking food tour of Ho Chi Minh City with Spring. Can't say enough good things. She is knowledgeable, friendly, cheerful. We felt a real connection. It was clearly more than just a job for her. Two of us needed vegetarian food, and she knew just where to go--places we'd never have found on our own. We miss her. Hieu took us on a historical-architectural walking tour. He's extremely knowledgeable, outgoing, flexible. We passed an optician's store that was inhabited by a number of cats, so our tour stopped to visit the cats. Hieu helped us understand some of the painful history of the North-South-American war. Both led us through some of the narrow alleys of Ho Chi Minh City, bringing us to a part of the city we'd never otherwise see--a whole world whose existence we'd never expect."

"We joined Spring on this awesome tour with our 18 month old and his grandparents. We strolled through the cooler laneways and learned about Vietnamese culture and food. We tasted the most spectacular food, which Spring ordered for us at every stop. "Spring was a fantastic guide and met our expectations perfectly. She was well organised throughout, from planning the meet up to getting us safely into a taxi to get back to our ship, making sure we understood how everything worked. She double checked our dietary allergies and likes/dislikes at the beginning of the tour, so we felt confident that there'd be no nasty surprises. Throughout the tour, Spring gave us useful information about the city, language and customs, as well as the food she introduced us to. We really felt she'd given us the knowledge and confidence to move away from the 'safe', predictable tourist eateries and look for the where the locals eat. We walked through the little alleyways, which was so interesting to see how people in Ho Chi Minh lived and ate at an array of restaurants, cafes and street stalls along the way. We loved trying a variety of exotic fruit at a market stall, many of which we'd never seen before. There were some delicious noodle dishes and amazing coffees but our favourite was the banana fritters from a family street stall. It's impossible to describe just how good the food was! Spring is friendly, considerate and so good at what she does that we would definitely ask her for another tour and recommend her to anyone wanting to experience the flavours of Ho Chi Minh. A truly memorable trip! "

"Spring was a tremendous guide able to take us- a meat eater and a pescatarian - to a variety of spots to eat and taste a wide variety of dishes and drinks. Her English is excellent and she has a great sense of humour. We hadn't realised it was a private tour so that was an unexpected bonus. She answered all our questions and we felt that we ate till we were full to bursting and learned a lot about life in Vietnam. Afterwards she sent us the list of places we'd visited so were able to revisit our favourites at our leisure. It was good to venture into District 3 and explore a less touristy area too. We thoroughly recommend this tour for the start of your stay in Vietnam."
