The Romans knew very well that the best moment to converse, socialise, and learn about art and culture was around the dinner table. “500 views of Rome'' invites you home for a special dinner to introduce you to Roman history while being served a home-cooked menu of Rome’s traditional dishes. Dinner will be a four course meal made with seasonal and local ingredients - antipasto, pasta, secondo and dessert, of course accompanied by paired wine. Food and art have always been together, if not considered the same; not without reason, Viviana is both an art historian and a knowledgeable chef. A moment to come together, talk about culture, and experience first hand the Italian art of gathering. If weather allows, dinner will be on a lush terrace!
