If you like to experience the local way of life of Siem Reap people then this tour is perfect for you, We will start the tour either in the morning or afternoon to suit your availability timing. (half day tour with a duration of 4-5 hours)
This is a tour designed for you to see the floating village at Kompong Plhuk (Part of Tonle Sap Lake) and to experience the daily lives of local people. Be amazed by high stilts houses along the river canal about 6-9 meters from the ground to protect from the up-level of water from the great lake (Tonle Sap) during the wet season (September-January), This village can be visited yearly around.
You will get a chance to see local villagers fishing and logging, visit the local market, and local monastery, and even visit one of their stilts houses.
Tour Duration: 4-5 Hours.

What To Bring: Candy or Books for the local kids while we are walking around the village or you can buy books from the village.
Tour can be started in either the Morning tour or afternoon schedule.
If you would like to see the sunset on the lake then we can leave the city around 2.30 PM.
