"My husband and myself and our friends booked a tour with Fabio around Parma. We wasn’t sure what to expect but what a great time we had. Fabio met us on time exactly where we’d planned. He was super-friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked us around the city showing us the sights and included a few stops for us to do some shopping! Fabio tailored the tour to our needs and went at our pace. We wasn’t rushed around at all. The food tastings were great and well organised for us in advance. Fabio even helped us book a table in a very popular restaurant for that evening. Fabio is a lovely, kind man with great conversation. He made us all feel at ease on the tour. Like the presbytery of San Giovanni Evangelista - I would never dare to enter myself through a half closed door. And the lunch place we went - again without his guidance I would never dare to sit down at a super local place and have a conversation with total strangers about food (even though he hates Ferrara).
