"We had an outstanding full-day private tour in Bangkok with our guide, Artty. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing the history and culture of his city. Wat Pho was a highlight—home to the Reclining Buddha with mother-of-pearl feet and recognized as Thailand’s first public university for traditional massage. Artty explained its UNESCO significance and the inscriptions ordered by King Rama III to preserve massage knowledge, details we would have missed without him. At the Flower Market, he led us through rows of blossoms and the wholesale side of daily life—fruits, vegetables, garlands, and artisans crafting lotus bouquets by hand. We later explored Talat Noi, his own neighborhood, reaching it by boat for a great glimpse into local riverside life. Hidden among vintage car parts, he even introduced us to a quirky warehouse coffee shop. We wrapped up in energetic Chinatown, full of sights, sounds, and flavors—plus an unforgettable 45-baht curry along the way. Artty shared history, traditions, and modern life with clarity and enthusiasm. Highly recommend if you want a warm, insightful, and engaging introduction to Bangkok beyond the typical landmarks."

"We had a group of 5 that spent a few hours with Nok. We started at 4:30 pm and proceeded to our first stops where we grabbed some fish pancakes and then we went to a small establishment and went upstairs where we had some duck dishes with noodles, in broth and on rice. All very tasty. Next stop was we had Penang curry and then we grabbed some tuk tuks to take us to chinatown where we continued the food journey. We had tom yum soup and some pad thai before finishing off with mango sticky rice. Overall we learned about food, we learned about thailand and she answered all the questions we threw at her. She was very accommodating to food allergies and she was a great host. 2.5 hours went so fast but the tour allowed us to be more adventurous in our further travels in country. Thank you Nok!!"

"A very good day indeed visiting Bangkok with our guide Moddy. We started out Chinatown, visited the Golden Buddha and Wat Pho. When we didn’t wish to climb the 335 steps to a local Viewing point, she quickly pivoted and took us to the flower market. She took care of purchasing tickets and is clearly well known to the staff at the temples. Moddy is funny, very knowledgable and really made the day a wonderful experience. She has a great store of historical knowledge and can go into great detail about Thai culture and food. Her English is very good and she did a great job of explaining everything we saw in a very engaging. We enjoyed our time together so much we have hired Moddy again on Sunday for another 1/2 day of exploring before we head home in Monday. . "

"Tony was an outstanding guide. The tour was booked for two … but my friend fell ill with food poisoning (due to food eaten previously) during the tour. Tony was patient, adapted the tour to his limited physical ability, and helped my friend get back to the hotel when it became obvious what was transpiring. I then had a private tour. Tony adapted to the later time of day, adjusted to my better physical abilities, answered my many questions, and took me to less commonly experienced areas, which was my request. His English is near-perfect and his breadth of knowledge is deep. He made efforts to ensure my safe return to my hotel."
