"My family of 5 and I enjoyed meeting with Judy .It was a very easy meet up because of her detailed instructions . Upon meeting her , you can sense the joy and positive energy that she brought to the tour . She has a very welcoming, excited vibe about her . We enjoyed all the food choices that she had us try . It was nice that she would ask us first how we would like to proceed with each tasting , making sure she was catering to our needs and requests. She made sure to engage everyone in our party , putting everyone at ease . The foods that she had us try were dishes we would not have tasted on our own , so we were very grateful for the tour . My personal favorite was sitting down in this small eatery that served fish balls stuffed with pork in a soup , with a side of vegetables and noodles . I also enjoyed getting in line to try the taiwanese burrito . The nougat crackers were also a big hit . All in All it was an enjoyable , awesome food tour . Thank you very much Judy !!!!!"

"We met up with Garen on our first morning in Taipei. She gave us a great overview, introduced to regional politics and history and showed us practical things, ranging from where to find bathrooms to how to use the MRT. She also took us to two key sites and made them more meaningful with her explanations. We would highly recommend her tour. "

"My mother and I had an amazing time on this food tour with June! She communicated with us beforehand to make sure we understood our meeting spot and how to get there (super easy). I told her up front although I was interested in city history, I was really interested in the history of food in Taiwan, how it was culturally relevant, and how different ingredients and cooking styles play a role. She absolutely knocked it out of the park with this—and it was clear her friendships with the vendors played a role in getting great food and service every time. She is so friendly and easy to talk about anything with. She also helped me pick out some ingredients at a local market for me to take home. All the food was amazing, but the Taiwanese “burrito” sticks out for sure as something special! 100% recommend this tour — I’ve done them all over every continent and this ranked as one of the best by far.
