" Gave this tour as a gift to my parents as a birthday present. Actually, there are two different tours combined into an active morning and a passive afternoon. My parents have their regular places to eat and occasionally try something new. But with a food tour you really eat local food in places where as a tourist you don't know the location or would walk past these eateries. That's why a local guide is so important. The explanation and the stories that are told are also more than worth the money! Telma had suggested at the time of booking to get a birthday cake with candles on it to make this event more special. The staff of the restaurant came to bring this cake while singing. Telma had also promised to FaceTime with me during this event, so that I could congratulate my mother at the right time and see her emotions from this unexpected extra. Here are some tears shed from complete amazement. I owe all this to Telma. A great woman, a great guide, a lady with a fantastic personality."
