"Bartek picked us up at the hotel for our drive down to Auschwitz. Extremely friendly, and knowledgeable, he chatted with us about Poland, answering our questions, giving us tips etc. He had bought our tickets for the tour inside Auschwitz (he could not guide us inside), dropped us, took my WhatsApp number so that he could communicate where he would meet us at the end of the tour. After the tour ended, he brought us back, stopping at a restaurant in the middle for some pierogi and coffee before dropping us back at our hotel. I truly wish I had booked more tours with Bartek. I will next time. We highly recommend Bartek for tours in Krakow. "

He is knowledgeable about Polish history and is enjoys teaching others about his country. "Aleksander provided and excellent introduction for my visit to Aushcwitz-Birkenauer. At the site I joined an official tour group in English (private guides are not permitted). Aleksander had obtained hard to get tickets the moment I made a reservation with him and from pick-up to delivery back to Krakow he provided exemplary service and background information. A private car nd driver is a great way to get to and from Auschwitz. An experienced guide Aleksander is highly recommended and I would use again without hesitation."
