"Marek seems to know most things, past and present, about the city. In particular, he is very passionate about architecture, often pointing out different eras, styles and artifacts, while succinctly explaining the relevant historical contexts. He could have kept going for several more hours, but we had to go home and rest, eventually 😀 Communication was easy, and he was even able to offer a custom tour for our available time. "

"My partner and I had a lovely time touring the beautiful city of Gdańsk with Marek. It was a very extensive tour that made us fall in love with the place.
Marek's knowledge and clear passion for the history of Gdańsk were extensive, it was a great pleasure listening to him. We loved the personal touches he gave to the tour, including some of his own stories - making the experience feel unique and more personable than touristic. The tour even gave me new insights into my own roots, which lie in the city, making the experience even more special.
All in all we had a great time and would absolutely recommend Marek as a tour guide! "

And he gave us more than just the usual historical facts, he gave us history into the culture and people, things I don’t think you’d get in a standard tour. And our food stops were so delicious! He told us the history of the dishes and how his family would prepare them etc. It was truly THE PERFECT experience!"
