Some of our favorites included tuna ceviche, hand pulled noodles, and floral infused ice cream. He was a fabulous tour guide through the city where he grew up. He even showed us some personal landmarks from his childhood as we were walking through town. He gave us an in depth history of the Philippines and told us about the artwork of his late father.
