"ihor could not be beat if you would like a guide who can give you a great overall tour of the city of Oslo. He met us at our hotel in the city center. We walked around as he told us about the history of Oslo, the people, the buildings, etc.
He even took us to the library which was one of the places I wanted included. He was very personable also. At the end, he helped explain how I could arrange for getting bus tickets and which bus to take to see the museums we wanted to go to later in the day. "

"Exploring Oslo with Marcela was one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we started, her knowledge as a local brought so much more than just sightseeing — she helped us feel the heartbeat of the city, both its history and the Oslo of today.
Marcela took us to Deichman Bjørvika — a world-class, award-winning library right on the waterfront. It’s not just impressive in architecture and scale, but in what it offers: a space that welcomes everyone, filled with design, innovation, new technology, and places to gather and be inspired.
We also got to stop by a local famous bakery — the kind of place that smells like home, where you taste tradition in every bite.
Her storytelling about Oslo’s past and how it connects to present-day life was eye-opening. Whether it was the legacy of monarchy through the Royal Palace, or transformation in the city’s architecture, culture, and urban life, she made it vivid and meaningful.
Couldn’t recommend Marcela more highly — for anyone wanting not just to see Oslo, but to understand it, love it, and remember it.

"Everything went smooth and as planned. Marcela met us at our hotel as we had planned, we adjusted the tour based on some sights we had already seen and were planning to see ourselves, and we were off on a fun and informative tour, learning about Oslo, Marcela’s experiences in Oslo, and life in general.
