"We had a wonderful food tour with Noureddine in Fes. He was communicative, knowledgeable, and fun to walk around the Medina with. He is a former travel agent and certified tour guide through Morocco's Ministry of Tourism. He made sure we had a clear meeting time & place, and when he arrived he provided us with bags for extra food, tissues, hand sanitizer, and hand wipes to use throughout the tour. He was also sure to ask us what we were most interested in hearing about, and he provided us with a mix of history and cuisine, as we asked. We started at the Blue Gate, and made our way deep into the Medina over the course of about 3.5 hours, stopping at various stalls along the way for bites to eat. Noureddine answered all of our questions, and introduced us to several people along the way. We had plenty of stops (at least 10), and he gave us options at each stall as to what we were most interested in trying. We tried everything from nougat and olives to mint tea and kefta sandwiches. The variety of food was wonderful, as was the information Noureddine provided along the way. We did the tour the night we arrived in Fes, and it was the perfect way to orient ourselves (as much as is possible!) in the Old Medina. We would recommend a tour with Noureddine to anyone!"

He was very informative, telling us all about the history and intricacies of the Medina while we walked around and saw the sights.
